Considering the recent news regarding ECY Haulmark and the business filing for administration, we would like to announce that as of Thursday 13th June, Thomas Group have acquired the hydraulic excavator attachment division along with the ARMCO vehicle restraint barrier and security fencing systems division, as part of a pre-pack deal working with the administrators, whilst aiding the retention of up to 20 jobs.

We are delighted to have been able to complete this transaction. The expansion of these new products into our fleet now enables us as a group, to offer market leading excavator attachments to our clients, alongside supplementing our nationwide plant hire business.

We will continue to provide commitment to our main values, whilst working closely with new and existing customers throughout the transition, ensuring a smooth process on both sides.

The acquisition is well suited to our business plan to strategically expand into areas of construction that we have previously not entered, providing customers with an ever-growing wide range of products and services.
