Thomas Plant Hire has partnered with COLAS to launch a new campaign in collaboration with suicide prevention charity, Andys Man Club (AMC), branding site plant with the organisation’s slogan and motto, ‘It’s okay to Talk’ on the Fink Hill project in Leeds.

The high visibility of the project site, plant, and machinery from outside the perimeters makes the location an ideal platform to reach a wide audience, raising mental health awareness, and providing essential support and information to not only our own colleagues and subcontractors, but the general public as well.

Conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect our mental health and disrupt our daily living, relationships, and physical health. In the construction industry, men are three times more likely to commit suicide than those in other sectors.
